Benchmarking provides members with the opportunity to have input in the following areas:

• Benchmark employee survey items that provides members with an in-depth understanding of the proper demographic information required within the healthcare workplace
  
• Select benchmarked items to be included within your employee survey
  
• Include you benchmarked items in the Consortium's database
